Panch-Parmeshwar

In India Panchayats are so much so important that its quite amazing to see their effect on the mindset of the peoples,
I was brought up in a metropolitan city which is also the national capital, where we just know about law and order and nothing pertaining to 'Panchayats' are available for us to see.
Today in a district court of Haryana (Mewat at NUH) where the meeting is organized for the forthcoming elections of 'Bar Association' to be held next month,
Highly qualified advocates (masters in knowledge & applicability of LAW) decides to form a 'Panchaayt' and authorized them to select the Office bearers of the BAR.

More then 200 learned Advocates choose a panel of 11 Advocates from themselves and termed them as 'panchayat'
This 'Panchayat' hold a meeting of 15 minutes and declares the panel of Office Bearers for BAR which hold this office for next one year.
This BAR consist of Advocates from all sects of life, like age, religion, qualification,knowledge,status, etc,
Everyone accept the choice of so called 'Panchayat' without any objection.
its eye opening to see how highly educated peoples prefers 'Panchayat' decision instead of going through the democratic system of election.
Though the decision of this 'Panchayat' is highly appreciable, as they formed a panel which is far from any prejudice.
They all believe in the phrase "Panch-Parmeshwar" this is also a famous story by "Munshi Premchand."
I read this story while studying English literature in University of Delhi, at that time i failed to understand exactly what author knows/felt about these Panchayats....now i am getting what Premchand is talking about in his famous work...

Deserve & Desire

"FIRST DESERVE THEN DESIRE"

Today, for the first time in my life i hear this famous saying, though it is too late for the person like me who love reading and have a huge bank of such things,
well 'Better Late then Never',
Till the time i encountered this proverb strings of my mind are constantly vibrating,
Suddenly few big questions from my cold bag jump outside and are giving me nightmare in day light.
It's quite difficult to accept that the things which i was desiring from the past several years - i do not deserve them..???
Everyday i was blaming external factors like Destiny, Parents, God (If any), Society etc. for the things i am not getting in my life which i want.

Now, the question of DESERVE arise....
It feels absolutely strange when i found that i am not even getting the things i Deserve completely....
I personally know Dozens of people who told me on one or more occasions about the things i deserve but i am still far from them, even few of my constant critics (including me) agreed on this fact.

One more funny fact is that there are also few things in my life for which i found my self absolutely Deserving but i do not Desire them any.....

Audience of Love Story

It's quite dangerous to hear anybody's Love story, because you directly / indirectly becomes the part of it and lead to create a problem for yourself,
Though Love stories are quite fascinating but they are meant to watch in a Movie/T.V Serial or some Book only.
When you choose to hear / listen anyone's love story as being a friend / well-wisher you unconsciously got to become the victim of them, as these kind of things looks simple but actually they are quite complicated.
the web of such real life love story fetches you in her clutches and you desire or not you got stuck in them.

Yesterday USA President Mr. Barack Hussain Obama was speaking on the influence of technology;
he delivers an eye opening reality which we all are aware, but hardly takes it into any considerations...
"In the 21st century, information is power,
the Truth cannot be hidden,
and the legitimacy of governments will ultimately depends on active and informed citizens."

Now, lets talk about our Country. Do we Hindustanis are active citizens?
or, do we are informed/aware about our constitutional rights which we got directly from the Constitution.?
~ may be some of us are Aware/informed/active but up to what extent?
~ we are aware of misusing our Rights,
~ we actively indulge in law braking, we are masters in by-passing of Law/Rules& Regulations.
~ we are informed about our relations/connections with peoples sitting in power,
and we never hesitate of taking their help even on petty law related issues in which we our self are guilty.
~ we use(misuses) the power of information for spreading Rumors.
~ we even use the truth for gossip purpose.
~ we talked a lot about almost everything, but never try to repair them.
~ Government with Legitimate character is still a big dream here.

Thanks to People like Anna Hazare who atleast created a climate for a legitimate Government, it's amazing to see that youth took a keen interest in it, we still have a hope.
it may take a time, but together we can, and we will make a difference.

आखिरकार भारत सरकार की तरफ से एक लंबे अरसे के बाद कोई सुकूनदायक खबर आई है वर्ना इनकी मक्कारी और जनता की ........मारने वाली ख़बरें ही नई दिल्ली से आती रहती हैं,
आखिरकार भारत उन् चुनिन्दा मुल्कों में शुमार हो गया है जिनके पास अपनी मुद्रा का निर्धारित चिन्ह है।
अभी तक अमरिका, जापान,चाइना,ब्रिटेन और यूरोपियन यूनियन, के ही पास अपनी मुद्रा का चिन्ह है.
भारतीय मुद्रा के इस खूबसूरत चिन्ह को डिजाईन किया है श्री डी. उदय कुमार ने,
यह चिन्ह देखने में खूबसूरत तथा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर का है, कुछ समझदार लोग इस चिन्ह के मतलब निकाल - निकाल कर इसकी व्याख्या करके बेकार की बातें बना रहे है ताकि उनकी बुद्धिजीविता साबित हो सके।
अच्छी बात ये भी है के हमारे सांसदों ने बिना किसी बेवकूफी की बहस किये इसे मंज़ूरी प्रदान कर दी,
उम्मीद है भविष्य में ये चिन्ह अत्यंत लोकप्रिय होगा, और हिन्दुस्तान की शक्तिशाली अर्थव्यवस्था का प्रतिनिधित्व करेगा।
नए नोटों पर इसे देखना अच्छा लगेगा, अब हमे गांधी जी को नोटों पर से अलविदा कह देना चाहिए और इस नए चिन्ह को स्थान देना चाहिए,
